Akros U.S. High Dividend Index

The Akros U.S. High Dividend Index provides exposure to 30 U.S.-listed common stocks selected for high trailing dividend yields and consistent financial strength. To avoid companies whose high yield may reflect a declining share price rather than financial health, eligibility is limited to companies with at least five consecutive years of dividend payments and two years of positive net income, and the methodology removes the weakest names on return on equity, cash-flow coverage of debt, and price momentum. The 30 highest-yielding remaining companies are selected and weighted in proportion to their dividend yield, subject to diversification caps. The index is calculated in U.S. dollars and rebalanced quarterly.
