The index pairs a Hong Kong sleeve of Stock Connect Southbound-eligible stocks with a global sleeve of developed-market stocks excluding Hong Kong and China, at a fixed 62%/38% split. From manufacturing, information, and scientific-services industries, Akros's NEXUS engine selects 24 Hong Kong and 16 global names by quantum-technology relevance, spanning hardware, quantum communication and security, sensing, and early adopters. Constituents are weighted by a blend of thematic score and free-float market capitalization, subject to an 8% cap in the Hong Kong sleeve and 5% in the global sleeve. The index is rebalanced semi-annually.
