Akros SCHK HK-Korea Defense & Shipbuilding Index

The index combines a Hong Kong sleeve of Stock Connect Southbound-eligible stocks with a Korean sleeve of KOSPI- and KOSDAQ-listed stocks from the defense and shipbuilding industries, split 62%/38%. The top 10 Hong Kong and top 20 Korean names are selected by market capitalization from core defense and ship-manufacturing industry codes, topping up from adjacent supplier industries when needed. Constituents are weighted by free-float market capitalization with a 10% cap (3% for top-up names), and the index is rebalanced semi-annually.
